To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall
1. Foot Length
Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against a wall. Stand on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.Mark the piece of paper where your longest toe The ends with a pencil. The longest toe is not neccessarily the big toe for some people.

Repeat the above steps for your other foot.
Use a ruler to measure, in centimeters, the distance from the end of the piece of paper to the marks you created. Take the larger value of the two and compare the measurement to our sizing chart.
